Hi all just wondered if anyone could give me some advice basically me my partner and child should have been going away may 2013 with my mum and her partner which he offered to pay for we had a massive row in October 2012 so I didn't go but he found 1 persons for the holiday but had to pay extra to cancle for 1 adult and 1 child he is now asking for £248 what he had to pay for cancelling the our places he has never ask until a week ago and if I don't pay it he's going to see a solicitor as I have fallen out with my mum and him just wondering if any1 can help my partner works I don't and we don't have much money to see a solicitor ourselfs thanks
