Every time i try to open my documents/computer/network places even the recycle bin the- windows explorer has encountered a problem etc pops up and blue screens back to my desk top.System recovery won't restore to any point but the short cuts to programs on the desk top does open them.have run a symantec scan that showed no problems.Help please.
