It appeared to be two days of random vehicle checks. The police were waving cars in to a bollarded (not sure if thats even a word, sorry) layby and checking them out. Not sure of the legalities of these "spot" checks? there were no signs, and they didnt seem to be using any equiptment. pleanty of black cabs were pulled over and a lowloader arrived to take some cars away! thats all i know

What a load of nonsense!!! i agree that some of our "antique" centres are more like second hand shops, but there are still some very good antique dealers in our city

we have been meaning to call in for ages but just never get the time!(i really like the late night opening idea)..................and the Okeh cafe do a full english, so that usually wins!! **also think its a little unfair to say its located on a "not very nice" part of abbeydale road. That is a fair point Nagel. That said, something doesnt have to be high quality to be antique, and i think to class it all as junk is a little harsh. It's good to see traders in this area (yes im one of them) trying to revamp the sheffield Antiques trade in what are very difficult times. max
