  6. These are children not 18 years+ and at school and can't have their GCSE results not university students. A "CASHLESS" system means they can not use cash at all, they have to put their finger on a biometric reader and add cash to a machine before break-time.
  7. But allowing children to go into debt without the parents knowledge and then no exam results!!!
  8. Is it just the secondary school that my daughter goes to or do all schools who have "cashless catering" allow children to go into debt? They are allowed to go £2 into debt but if they do not repay it by the time the GCSE results are in then they will not be able to get their results. Can anyone give me any guidance as to whether or not this is legal.
  9. Why can't you have fans? health and safety has rules about office temperatures both hot and cold!
  10. From the government website http://www.ips.gov.uk/cps/files/ips/live/assets/documents/photos.pdf "Children Photographs for children aged six and over must meet the full standards set out in this guide. Photographs of children five years and under must show a clear image that is a true likeness of the child. As young children can be difficult to photograph, children aged five and under do not need to have a neutral expression or to look directly at the camera, but they must face forward. In addition to the exceptions above, babies under one year old do not need to have their eyes open (however it is preferable for eyes to remain open). All other standards must be met. If the baby’s head needs to be supported, it is important that your supporting hand cannot be seen. If you have real difficulty in meeting these conditions, you should visit a photographic studio rather than a photo booth."
