Hi i am Irondukes wife. We had this problem about 9 yrs ago. Ring Bt and tell them that it is blocking the access to your home. Everything has to be completed before you put the call into them including the drop kerb. They will then come out and move it for nothing.

What is all the fuss about. This is a business and if it was your business you would want to protect your revenue as much as possible . People cannot be trusted anymore to buy a ticket before they travel on a train. Thank all the fare dodgers for barriers coming in. Same here my wife goes there too and the one up on Birley Moor Road. She always seems pleased with the service from them .Been going there for nearly three years always has the sane girl though.

SAYING MY WAITRESSES NEED SPACE TO SERVE SUNNER DINNER YOU CANNOT STAY THERE AND THE DUMMY WAITER IS NO PLACE TO PUT YOUR DRINK S. wITHOUT WAITING FOR AN ANSWER SHE THEN SHOT OFF BACK TO THE BAR. MY WIFE WAS FUMING SHE SAID WHO IS THE CUSTOMER HERE. I REALISED ITS BUSY BUT THERE IS AWAY OF TALKING TO PEOPLE. I WORK WITH THE PUBLIC AND IF I SPOKE TO THEM LIKE SHE DOES AND GETS AWAY WITH THEN I WOULD BE SACKED. AS ANYBOBY ELSE EXPERIENCED THIS.

Does anyone out there have any Ideas about Diesel Ford Mondeos I have a 2ltr 52 plate one it will run for about 30mins then just stops running and refuses to start until it cools down had a bloke come with his computer he said it was the no4 injector which was replaced it didnt cure it then the fuel pump then he gave up any ides please

all I can say is that you probably saw more buses in one day trip into to Sheffield than you get in a week in Lincolnshire most of the buses to the sticks stop running after 6 30pm after that it shankses pony or a taxi if you want to go to boston from any where late at night forget it

look at the end of the day would you go shopping to sainsburys and walk out without paying because the check out wasnt manned no? you go to another one and wait and dont moan so why should you think it is ok to get on a train and steal a ride without paying because someone didnt come to you and ask for you to pay if you havent bought a ticket befor you board you are trying to steal there are plenty of ticket machines available the old excuse of them being out of order are rubbish.Penalty fares when you join the train without a ticket are on the way get used to paying for what you use

I do hope your right pushtotalk cos i am fed up with buying tickets when some dont even bother then subject the poor guard to some feeble excuse about not buying one because they are ill, very ill dying, bus was late, big queues,taxi didnt turn up or neuclear war was declared.

Good this may stop the begging on the station front and drug taking in the toilets. If this makes Sheffield Station a no go zone to drug addicts and pushers this can only be a good thing.Bring it on.

Its to stop all the scrotes from the flats at the back of the station using the over bridge as a throughfare to pedal there wares if you are carrying drugs you should be prepared to be caught charlie the drug dog takes no prisoners, also things are stolen from trains and this is used as an escape route
