  1. I've looked at a few nurseries and corner house on wadsley lane or daisy chain at oughtibridge seem the favourites. My little girl will be one year old so attending the baby rooms initially. Does anyone have any experience of either nursery to help me decide? Daisy chain seems smaller. Corner house had lots of activities going on .
  2. I've been going to smiths for the past 4 years and they have always been great. They have looked my car over and drove it around for free when I have thought something was wrong with it and returned it saying it was fine. I've had yearly mot's and services with them always done on the same day. They always explain everything In detail so I understand what needs doing . There is one mechanic who is a bit abrupt if you speak to him but who cares I'm not sensitive he did a great job on my car. I would recommend them I've moved now and still travel to take my car there.
  3. I have just moved so ive stopped going but i went for about ten months and really enjoyed it. I paid monthly so i could stop going if i didnt like it. i used mostly the classes but the gym and spa facilities are good. The only gripe I had was with the swimming. The lines arent very wide and two lanes are usually being used for swimming lessons of little children so its not a very relaxing environment. No other complaints though.
  4. I teach anxiety management. There are a lot of different treatments which can help, but i'd probably start with a service called IAPT which has free CBT therapists you can access through NHS. You can get a referral through your GP or you can self refer. There number will be on the internet. They provide cogntive behavioural therapy, counselling and referral or signposting you to other agencies which you may find helpful. After saying that when these new things in your life become more normal your symptoms may calm down anyway. Things like exercise, eating healthy and being kind to yourself doing nice things you enjoy in general will also help. Good luck!!
  5. Hello, I'm looking for someone to supply a bathroom and fit it to a very good standard at a reasonable cost. Theres also tiling and floor needs doing so its the full works really. Can anyone recommend someone/a company? Thanks. Sarah

It's very good fun and very good exercise. you meet lots of different women and it improves your confidence, balance and coordination too! lara who runs the classes is inspirational.
