Wilkos should move to the Moor. If the council can totally relocate Castlegate then they may attract investment into that area. The other key thing they will need to do is close all the bus stops to move those people away from that area.

There was a migrate being interviewed on sky news yesterday who wouldnt show his face. He said that that he was fleeing war in Afghanistan but also said that he had left his brother and mothers there. He said that he wanted to get to the UK because it was a better life than France. So he was gonna enter illegally and then claim asylum. He didnt seem very genuine in that short 2mins. Should we let him into the UK?

Those are all answers for a migration question....not the asylum one. Liberals don't seem to know the difference between migration and asylum or they choose to ignore it. Asylum is about safety and migration is about economics. The 2 are entirely different things all together.

The world is getting bigger so countries are getting smaller. The earths population will hit 8bn by 2020 and the UK will become the most populated country in Europe even though we are one of the smallest by the same year. Open borders was a fantastic idea in 1992 but the world is a very different place now. Over crowded and violent. We need to slow down migration to the UK at least till our infrastructure has caught up with the huge demand that the government admits they under estimated. Its time to stop how things have been done for the last 2 decades and reevaluate.

Calling all leavers ignorant is an attitude as to why remain lost. Remainers believe that they are superior to what they believe are 'The Great Unwashed' of the british electorate. They just sound bitter and patronising.

We are the most popular destination for EU migration because we are an English speaking country. Makes it easier for those who's second language is English. But it has to work both ways, there are only 1.2 million Brits across the whole of the EU. So a one in one out policy may work. There is no point having free movement of people if 50,000 romanians (just an example) move to the UK but only 100 brits move to Romania. Its just not viable. And migrants should have a trade, a job that pays a living wage, spare school places for their children, a spare place with a GP and A home already secured. The most important thing is no access to benefits or social housing. There have to be limits. Its not unreasonable for UK residents to expect that anyone wanted to live in the UK has something to offer the economy and society.

I think it will be a very watered down version of free movement of people. The government will say that it will be restricted to say 100,000 per year to stay in the single market.

It was a half hearted referendum because the government, labour and remainers didn't think they were gonna lose. They thought that Brexiters were all knuckle dragging racists who wouldnt be bothered to get off their sofas to vote. But i guess they were very wrong.
