Heres a little update for yall,. Ive not been to court, as yet theres no need but like some suggested i contacted my insurance company, theyd been served too so they knew all about it. They told me not to worry, theyd represent me in court but its likely it will be next year so a fair time to go yet. They are finally paying out on my car, enough for me to get it fixed and looking all shiny shiny again. Shes lurvly and i cant wait to get her back on the road

What a stupid statement that is! Course its the school to blame. Its the things they teach in the way they teach it that keeps non muslims away. Thankfully its been closed but another one will soon spring up in its place.

No i understand, what people have said on here has made me see things a bit different. I was so pumped up with the idea of walking into court with right on my side. Because i am right, i dont expect people to believe me as i could just tell you lot anything but i know im 100% in the right and that i suppose coloured my judgement and made me feel i could get a result. Knowing my luck ill get some amazing solicitor who knows the judge and a judge who hates Sheffielders and didnt get laid the night before so is after vengeance lol. Im putting some stuff together for the insurance company and im sending it by email. Dont worry its the right address this time Ill then just leave them to it and wait for news.

From the birth of my first nephew ive always made sure the dogs get so bond with babies as early as possible. From the babies being a few weeks old ive let my dogs sit with them, guard them and generally do as they wish around them. All they seem to want to do is watch, protect and occasionally play. Dogs are nothing to be scared of if they are treated in the right way.

It was very apologetic but informative and helpful. My insurance company have been served also, they know all what i know and they are defending me. My emails had gone unanswered because i sent them to the wrong email and didnt realise theyd bounced back They've told me to wait now and they will keep me informed. I asked her to promise this and she said she promised. I got to say i was harsh on them but its been such a stressful time and ive never made a claim in my entire life so i havent a clue who it all works lol

It depends on the children and to a lesser degree the dog too. If the kids are well brought up, dont nip or pull at the dog or hurt it in any way then theres no issue. Same for the dog if its been brought up well, looked after loved and well trained then theres no issue what so ever.

No not yet. If im honest im having second thoughts about defending myself. Sure im keen to do it and i think id have a decent chance as the facts are on my side but a lot of what people have said (apart from the trolling ive had to report) has made me think twice. Having a crap insurance company is not much help. I cant believe how they have dragged their feet.

He could have. We dont know. He could be telling the truth, we dont know that either. What we do know is that some people dont care for or train their dogs properly and some even 'train' their dogs to be violent .
