I am a small business that is looking to expand. I don't have a huge budget but am looking for some help with advertising and exploiting social media and increasing my PR. Can anyone recommend a good local agency that deals with small businesses?

I have heard a lot of talk about pop up shops. Can anyone explain exactly what these are and how they work please. I own a reusable nappy company and wouldn't want to be tied to a permanent shop due to high maintenance costs however the pop up shop might work for me?

I am going be hosting some additional Reusable Nappy workshops in addition to those that I currently run at the Jessop and need a venue! The sessions would only be for a couple of hours once a month.
