What lovely memories. I lived in a two up, two down cottage in Handsworth. Dr O'Flyn was our doctor and my aunty and uncle lived on the triangle estate . The houses had a … BATHROOM, a luxury to my mum's way of thinking.. I remember the chipshop. Used to walk down Handsworth hill to it.

As Joo Joo says, ''Nothing ventured. Nothing gained.'' After a wonderful long, happy marriage, I remarried. I don't assume everyone is alone because they have lost the love of their life, some may never had married, but life goes on. If one can't give their heart again, give time.
