good luck in trying to get the council to do anything about noise (barking dogs )all they will do is tell you that they will advise the ppl responsible by letter that a complaint has been made against them and if the problem persists further action will be taken ,in the meantime they will ask you to fill out diary sheets and they will pick up these sheets every 2-4 weeks ,these will be used as evidence if the case goes to court ,to have enough evidence for any case to go to court you would need at least 18 mths worth of diary sheets and even then you would also need more than just 1 person puttin a complaint in .In a nutshell they hope that sendin the initial warning letter will stop the noise for a mnth or so , but in most cases the noise stops for so long (maybe 2-3 weeks )then when the heats died down the noise will come back meaning that you will have to make a further complaint and go through all the process again ,it's never ending ,all they're bothered about is a short term fix which is why they have such a high workload because most of the workload is re-curring complaints

be just as easy to park in retail park near matalan,as far as i know it's free with no restriction and just as close to tram stop as nunnery square is

which magic session did you attend ,morn ,aftternoon or evening ?

we were told at magic session that if you get a reply by email it would mean you have'nt been successfull ,if successfull you would get a phone call inviting you to an interview where they go through your right to work and also check your refferences and crb check before offering you a job .

it's a no for me as well, dont wanna sound bitter but i dont think the local jobs for local ppl has been considered, most ppl that were at same session as me were from out of sheff
