Does anyone know anything about the tyre slashing/car scratching on City Road last week? Quite a few cars were damaged apparently.

Just tried to drive through Hillsborough and had to U-turn. There were various emergency vehicles (about 3 fire engines, paramedics...)at the corner near the bridge/river opposite Chatanogas take away on Holme Lane. Anybody know what had happened? Hopefully nothing serious.

yes, on the shops but also on the whole area in general. they're going to have a new library, brand new supermarket, new medical centre....so just what do you think of it all really.

Hi, I'm interested in getting some public opinion (Sheffield forum opinion anyway) on the new developments at Southey which were given the go-ahead in March. A big Asda is planned next to Chaucer school, which will be built on some of the playing fields. There will be a new medical centre, where the shops on Buchanan Road are now. Well unfortunately for me I must have caught the stylist on a bad day - i had to go to another hairdresser to get it sorted, who said he hadn't seen anything like it in 25 years of hairdressing. So beware!

Don't go to La Coupe if you've got curly hair - mine is now a disaster. It does not feel good one little bit right now.
