He has Upto 3 years to claim his personal injury. Because of the accident he may or may not be able to do certain things. Such as having back pains on and off, can't sleep anxiety due to the accident. It's very hard to prove that he's lying. Regardless of him putting a claim. Your premiums will rise because you had a fault claim regardless of the cost. Some insurance ask weather you had any accident in the last 3 years so be vary when doing a quote. The doctors will have his medical history. Before your insurance pays out they will question him with these question and if they suspect fraud they won't. He will then need to issue court proceeding with your insurance. But I can assure you it won't go that far. Best advice inform your insurance on circumstances so they are aware and be curious when paying out. Insurance companies are tackling down on this, question every detail when paying out. Hi How confusing is this roundabout! If your in the left hand lane coming from penistone road as your going to hanover way can you follow this lane through to go back to hillsborough or do you have to be on the right hand lane.
