I think the Angel is one of the better pubs in Sheffield now, always warm and friendly when I've been. Their pool teams need a bit more practice though.

The lads only just turned 19 and plays in a position where young lads don't normally play , due to the physical and aural aspects of playing there. The only rest that he's had this year has been the Walsall game (that I can think of) , when he was suspended. Lord knows what some people expect, although what I expect is , that a Premiership or high-end Championship will open their wallet with 3m quid or so for him soon.

I might give the Rileys 10 weeker a go.

The k.o at the Spot On was played yesterday, Brett beat Andy Humphries in the final , with myself and Andy Herriott being the defeated semi finalists.

I suppose the problem is that the teams must have got enough players to enter in the first place , its usually a couple of weeks into the season that you see which teams will be struggling to get a full side.

Update on the Spot KO. I've asked Brett about the KO and a date will be found for it when its full.

I had a look this time, there's no date for the KO , so I would guess that it will be one of those comps where each game is individually arranged. The Spot's number is 0114 2339609, it might be easier to just phone

I'd be interested in BB if I knew more people , but it's all Doncaster folk (Not that I have a problem with Donny folk, I just mean that I don't know them, I might need a bigger spade to dig out of this hole ) I realise the EPA is a very unethical organisation but I know all the WR mob, I'm enjoying playing in the new region 8 and I know the rules well (careful not to pretend I can play them ) I basically don't know whether the grass would be greener on the other side.
