notts_phil
Excel have lost a case this week **WOOP WOOP**. Basially someone was going to pay for these invoices found us lot in time and then canceled the cheque. Excel were threatening to take them to court but they never paid the court fee (it was all bluff). But they got caught out and the case was struck out:hihi: http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?296990-Excel-Parking-Court-Summons-for-cheque-laterly-cancelled-as-not-a-legal-parking-charge-**WON**(5-Viewing)-nbsp
Cyclone
So did they lose the case, or did the case never come before the magistrate?

This has happened before on the CAG forums and found out.

Tomataheeed
OMG That is such a weak response. I think the word "FAIL" comes to mind EXCEL LOST They didn't lose in court...they failed to get that far as I understand it. In a way its worse that losing in court...they didn't even have enough confidence in themselves in winning, so they didn't bother.
notts_phil
The case got "struck out" as they didnt pay the required fees. It was all a threat on Excels Part to the Try and force this person to pay
HeadingNorth
The case got "struck out" as they didnt pay the required fees. And therefore, since it has not been heard in court, nobody has won or lost it.
ChrisT70
And therefore, since it has not been heard in court, nobody has won or lost it. unlike the one bonjon just posted claiming a "win" which didnt see court either.
