Excel parking sheffield - case struck out

Recommended Posts

Excel have lost a case this week **WOOP WOOP**. Basially someone was going to pay for these invoices found us lot in time and then canceled the cheque. Excel were threatening to take them to court but they never paid the court fee (it was all bluff). But they got caught out and the case was struck out:hihi::hihi::loopy::D

That is a very weak forum post with no court case, there is no evidance that what the OP posted actually happened. This has happened before on the CAG forums and found out.

They didn't lose in court...they failed to get that far as I understand it. In a way its worse that losing in court...they didn't even have enough confidence in themselves in winning, so they didn't bother.
