mifsit   10 #13 Posted October 9, 2007 here's one i did last week, 30 mins total. you'll need:  chicken breast chicken stock (stock cube and a couple of pints of boiling water) chopped spicy pepperoni (about 200g) 400g can of white beans (any type - drained) courgette chopped oil  poach the chicken in the stock fry the chopped pepperoni in the oil, add the drained beans. give it 10 mins. Add the chopped courgette, stir through. Then add a ladle of stock from the chicken. Once the chicken is cooked spoon the bean mixture into a dish, drain the chicken and put on top of the beans. should be enoiugh for 2. blondie-blue   10 #14 Posted October 9, 2007 dice some chicken breast and coat in a cajun seasoning and fry in a little olive oil  while the chicken is cooking boil some rice in a pan and add in a little coconut cream, when the rice is nearly done add some sultana's and chopped red pepper.  serve and place the cajun chicken on top of the rice...  jobs a good en.... On one of the slices spread your Marmite on top of the butter (I recommend 4g, or about the end of a knife). Now attempt to mask the flavour with your favourite out of date mouldy cheese from the back of the fridge.
