Depending where you're based, there's Talbots on Southy Hill, I had some sofa seat pads done and can't complain.

There's a place on London Road near the 'Taste of China' restaurant.  He did my cushion seats on my sofa and they are just as good and firm as they were 5 years after he did them.  Good bloke.
