Raw Sushi, yuck. There is actually  a large demand for Vegan food in the Broomhill & Sharrow area, so I can't see raw fish being popular.

Also a large Chinese/Asian population in and around the University who will love Sushi.

I've lived in the South West all of my life and never noticed a large Chinese population around Broomhill. There is a large one around West Bar/Edward Street I believe.

Mainly University students. Loads of them. See them up and down round the University in large numbers. Some Chinese supermarkets in the area for them too.

Sheffield University is a very popular destination for Chinese young people. It has a good reputation.

The university does. Sheffield as a whole is a different matter. 🤭🤭

I've never seen any around Broomhill. I've seen many Somalians around Broomhall but not Chinese. I see loads on West Street but never in Broomhill.

I don’t think there are a lot of Chinese in Broomhall.  It’s quite a mixed area though.

The Grind Cafe round the corner seems to be doing quite well. I must admit it would feel strange eating in an old bank.

The trendy thing to do in Broomhill. Cawa Coffee have extended their cafe into the old HSBC bank next door.

The extension part has always been closed when I've been past.
