Royal Plaza (Above Tesco) West Street

Im thinking of moving into one of the royal plaza flats above the tesco on west street. 

Its facing the street and while theyve told me the windows are sound proofed om still a bit concerned about the potential noise.

Can also who has lived in these flats/west street let me know how they found thing noise wise

Can you ask for a viewing on a Friday or Saturday night when West Street is probably at it's noisiest?

Some will notice the vibration caused by the trams.

I had some friends live in these flats and it got really noisy on Friday and Saturday nights from what i can remember.
