Hi, Im thinking of moving into one of the royal plaza flats above the tesco on west street. Its facing the street and while theyve told me the windows are sound proofed om still a bit concerned about the potential noise. Can also who has lived in these flats/west street let me know how they found thing noise wise Thanks,
