gene   10 #1 Posted September 13, 2022 I am wanting to make a complaint about a pharmacy. I have complained to them already but no joy with them. Disinterested even though it is a really valid complaint on several points. Does anyone know where I should complain to within the NHS itself?  Who monitors pharmacies?
 Share this content via...

If its part of a group like Lloyds you could complain to their Head Office. Failing that, contact Community Pharmacy Sheffield as a starting point.  https://sheffield.communitypharmacy.org.uk/  [email protected] Edited September 13, 2022 by HeHasRisen
 Share this content via...
gene   10 #3 Posted September 13, 2022 Many thanks - not like Lloyds etc or I would have gone to HO immediately. Different pharmacist it seems every day. R hand doesn't know what L hand is doing and several mistakes made.
 Share this content via...
Jim Hardie   537 #4 Posted September 13, 2022 I was once given the wrong medication or the wrong strength, I forget which. When I took it back I was asked if I wanted to make an official complaint. I didn’t but I got the impression that was the procedure at all pharmacies.
 Share this content via...
