Temuchin
I wouldn't have thought there'd be a specific book about the walk, but there are plenty of online resources e.g. full route description, map, GPX here and bookings for a guided walk here. Now wen I worra lad we used to start from the Yorkshire Bridge, that's the bridge over the river and not the pub. Up through the plantation to Win Hill summit then along to Hope Cross. Over and around the back of Crookestone Barn then up onto the edge of Kinderscout then followed the edge over looking the Edale Valley to Edale Cross On to and across Brown Knoll then swing left to Mam Tor, Hollins Cross, Lose Hill then down to the Edale Road. Back up to Win Hill and then back down the plantation to the bridge. Myself and pals and this was 30 years ago used to run most of the way, 24 miles I reckon in around 5 hours. I have walked it since in 10 hours. A demanding journey especially if the sun is on you all the way round. Let's know if you complete !
