English Glory
http://technology.guardian.co.uk/weekly/story/0,,1781883,00.html Looks like Sony are going to pillage UK consumers by only releasing the higher-end PS3 at £425 when it comes on sale. Gamers are loyal to a brand and it's a bit of nifty kit but can't see anything but the XBOX 360 "wooping" it's arse in the all important kids sector. sephiroku
true but in the kids sector ,i see the revolution taking that piece of the pie.Its gonna be much cheaper than both.
ANGELUS
I was going to get a PS3 but since Sony have decided to try and screw me out of the best part of £425 with a more updated model I think I might try the XBOX this time.

JFKvsNixon
They are selling the PS3 at a loss, so the price is not too bad. It is a blue ray DVD player as well, if you was going to buy a blue ray DVD player it would cost you £600 / £700 so it's quite good value for money. rimmer
yes, i can see the point for a 23gb blue-ray disk
ANGELUS
I'm not that bothered with blu-ray to be honest, it seems too expensive for a consumer such as myself so I will be sticking with good old tried and trusted DVD's for the time being.
