Does that mean that we have 300,000 ish Jamaican nationals living in the UK? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_incarceration_rate#United_Kingdom If we know their country of origin, should we just send them home, maybe after a short sentence; rather than building a prison for them? If they've been and murdered someone then you can't just stick them on the next flight home, they've got to serve their prison sentence and then they can be deported.
