It suddenly auto-updated the OS last night but now won't do anything, I can't turn it off, it just re-boots then goes to the Samsung logo and stays like that. alan p Posted May 24, 2015 Share Posted May 24, 2015 Longy67, If you phone these they may be able to fix it free of charge, I took mine in thinking I had to pay but when they checked it it still is under guarantee till March next year. I thought it only came with a 12 month guarantee.
