BlueAlien86 10 #1 Posted May 13, 2015 (edited) Has anybody seen the post of BBC Radio Sheffield's Facebook page?? There is a lady called Winnie who is turning 100 at the end of this month. A true Sheffield Lass, she has no family and only her carers for companionship. I am trying to raise £100 to give to Winnie as a gift. I have also sent a card. Would you like to be involved in making this lady's 100th birthday special?? You can send a card to: BBC Radio Sheffield, 54 Shoreham Street, Sheffield, S1 4RS. Check out the post on Facebook: BBC RADIO SHEFFIELD Or donate on my GO FUND ME page: http://www.gofundme.com/winnieis100 Let's try and make her day extra special! Thank you! Vegas1 10 #2 Posted May 13, 2015 Just a quick one - I once tried to donate a quid on a Go Fund Me page and it said the minimum allowed is £5. Is that something you can change in the settings? If not, nobody will be able to donate a quid.
 Share this content via...

BlueAlien86 10 #5 Posted May 13, 2015 I don't believe that there is currently a donation (other than mine) that has been set up. I know they have asked for people to post cards..... ---------- Post added 13-05-2015 at 10:43 ---------- I understand that Radio Sheffield have got all this in hand, Radio Sheffield Facebook has had 2million hits regarding this lady. It may help if you tell us what your connection is to this lady? I have no personal connection to Winnie.
