My blue bin was "delivered" whilst I was out and had been stolen before I got home.

It was 3 weeks before I knew as they had not informed me it was coming.

 

Any more bright ideas?

 

By delivered I of course mean dumped somewhere outside the property.

 

That's always going to be a occupational hazard for them, when they are leaving them by the roadside. Report it, and ask them to drop off another one. If there is a time when you're going to be in to receive it personally, tell them, and they might see what they can do.

Simply eat all of your discarded paper and cardboard. That way you fatten up; reduce the need to buy food (though you should keep buying products housed in paper and cardboard so you don't starve); and you will have no need for the blue bin
