What should I be expected to pay for this building?

Hello I am going to have a small building built at the end of of my garden just wondering what price I should expect from quotes?

 

If you could only price for the shell of the building do not include footings/concrete or the roof or the floor it is easy access all I want is a shell and a upvc cheap door

 

The dimensions for the shell are

 

3m wide

5.5m long

2.30 tall
