do you mean oak beam type joists or rough sawn 8 or 10 by 2s ?

We need 3 by 2 inches to make partition wall

you don't need joists then cos they will be to big . reclamation yards don't usually bother with timber that small because of the low value of it new . have you just looked at the price in the big chain store or have you tried the builders merchants prices aswell ? if not try timber specialists
