THECHAIRMAN Posted July 29, 2013 Share Posted July 29, 2013 Parking fees are only part of it. they are talking of and have closed some facilities but yet still have surplus money £58 million underspend on the capital budget and similar on the revenue budget with half a million I am told that could fund the toilets libraries and Stocksbridge sports centre. I am afraid its the same old story they could not manage a p.... in a brewery. Yet out Council Tax goes up and up to pay for bureaucracy. Two many with their noses in the trough.
