johnnyf   10 #2 Posted July 12, 2013 They are so cheap now days, throw away and buy new is my policy. You'll probably end up paying half the price of a new one for a repair.
 Share this content via...
V.Rossi   10 #3 Posted July 12, 2013 I've always just done my own, I basically replaced everything on my last machine until a few weeks ago, the bearings went in the drum and because my drum was a sealed unit, it was literally cheaper to buy a new machine than buy the drum. Never had any training on it and wouldn't by any means call my self a washer repair engineer but I managed to keep my going for years when it should have been thrown a good few years ago. V.Rossi   10 #5 Posted July 12, 2013 If you're handy with a spanner and confident that you can disconnect wires and reconnect them without killing yourself, I'd be happy to help you if you give me the make, model the problem.  ---------- Post added 12-07-2013 at 11:41 ----------  It all depends on the problem.
