Car radiator problem help

If oil has mixed with coolant then it's most likely a head gasket issue, which ain't cheap :(

Anti freeze has a slippery feel to it, that's what it will be.

It will ne the heads gasket. On the heads gasket you have water holes that leak but dont leak into the pistons part so oil is geeting in from the head casket.

 

What are contant tension grips. Ta.

Only on SF would you get someone who is an 'expert' on head gaskets but doesn't know what a constant tension clip is.

Careful with T-bolts tho, it's very easy to over tighten them and bend or break something.

 

Good quality Jubilie clips are man enough for most jobs.

Taste it... no really...

 

Easy way to tell if its oil or antifreeze.
