  1. No matter where you get your tyres from someone will always tell you they can get them cheaper elsewhere.
  2. Seriously, flats are ok if you're renting. If you actually want to own something and be your own gaffer buy a house.
  3. This might be useful https://www.sheffield.gov.uk/business-economy/licensing/general-licensing/alcohol/licensing-act-2003/information-for-residents.html
  4. Have a look at `remote central locking kits` on ebay.
  5. They don't need a premises licence if they've applied for one of these https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/alcohol-licensing-temporary-events-notices
  6. I wish I'd got shares in one of these firms that decide how many sets of traffic lights and signs are needed, they must be making a fortune. They don't use one where half a dozen will do.
  7. I bought something similar to that for around £15 including battery and charger. Had it a year or so and can't fault it for the money, only slight dislike is a very slight purple/blue tint to the light but for £15 I can live with it.
  8. Somebody claims to have bought a straight, knot free length of timber.
  9. If it was mine I'd have a go at it with an hammer and chisel or an angle grinder with a masonry disc.
  10. Can't you store it for now and bring it out when the weather turns colder?
  11. I had a similar problem with a cavalier, turned out to be a corroded wire on the fuel pump. Different car, I know, but it might be a pointer,
  12. Stop welcoming every Tomas, Dik and Abdul into the country and we might be able to fund a proper police force.
  13. Report claims 68% of identified abusers are white, I'd bet money that more than 68% of the unidentified ones aren't.
