webbo21
Hi the council fitted a little blower heater in my mum`s kitchen. It sits on the floor under a cupboard and it works from the gas central heating boiler. The problem is it blows warm air then cold air then warm and cold again which isn`t much use. We have informed the council but they`re not much use either. If any one has one of these heaters, can you let me know if it blows continuous warm air, thanks

phawley
It can't blow hot continuously as the boiler is switching on and off so when the boiler is of it will blow cold, I fitted an electric one in the kitchen plinth that way we have heat all the time. Mecky
Would be controlled by its own thermostat?
sawheating
Electric one would be more useful but cost more to run
bungleboy69
Electric one would be more useful but cost more to run Electric ones tend to be 2Kw and cost approx £0.20 per hour to run.
phawley
Mine will run at 1 or 2 KW, 1 is usually enough at your feet.
alanmayfieel
it should have a stat to regulate when it blows
denlin
You can get low wattage caravan one for about £25 and you'd besurprised how much warmth they give out, try Towsure
