Hi guys, i bought an iphone yesterday and not nowing about the difference i bought the phone thinking it was the iphone 4s. I have his address and mobile number. What do you think is the best step to take. Many Thanks ppl

Your contract is with the person who misdescribed the item- unless they can prove that someone else was responsible for the ad being incorrect. I'm afraid it's going back to the seller or putting up with the phone.
