m3ltdown Posted September 25, 2012 Share Posted September 25, 2012 (edited) They is 2X vip opening days, one for invite only i know lots of hotel staff are going as i stay in many hotels they are been treated like royalty because they look after the hotels nearby where 1,000s of customers will stay , & 1 is for a basic sign-up on the website & 'THINK YOUR A VIP' & get a few pounds to spend when you enter. Napoleons is ok, the staff are abit boring, the security are always friendly the staff or sometimes rude Its great you can put coins on the tablet from the beer change in your pocket. G Casino - Great foods, good entertainment, But when the staff are in a bad mood, they don't make the customers feel any better, i can understand that after 12 hours of maths....me & my friends get spoken too badly sometimes, regular banter with regular customers, goes abit too far sometimes. Napoleons Owleton won't struggle due to the huge following with the dog races.. but there second own branch will get hit hard. Had a great night there on Friday, just what Sheffield city centre needs. we were there while about midnight and didnt see anything/hear anything. had a great night, jessica ennis was lovely as ever, free champagne and canapes all night, bloomin busy though and lots of decent stuff going off. will be back. pitched just a little more expensive than G casino though on drinks and food by look of it, and on tables. bar and music area upstairs looks decent, casino floor was a bit smaller than i envisaged, they have obviously spent a lot of money on the fit out. won a few quid , got a hangover and enjoyed it! good to see sheffield with some competition for a good night out.
