maaaargaret Posted September 20, 2012 Share Posted September 20, 2012 I use Parentpay weekly and it's a convenient way for me to top up the school dinner money and to pay for trips. I can also view what they've eaten at school too! Downside - if I top up the on the same day as when my child needs the money in then sometimes this takes several attempts to log in. 4Leaf Clover Posted September 20, 2012 Share Posted September 20, 2012 My two children there both have had problems with the biometric system not working properly, (admittedly I'm sure we could sort this out with several phone calls and a visit or two to school, based on past history) - but once sorted, there is still the issue of long ques for food, by which time they have something to eat, it's time for the next lesson, so we are still on pack-ups here.
