x-GiGgLeS-x
hi, We are currently looking to exchange our property. We have had a possible exchange but the garden is putting us off. Its not level at all and slopes. We have asked the Housing Ass if they would flatten it for us but they cant as others would want it doing. So we was wondering how much it would cost for a job like this to be done for us to do ourselves? We think the garden is approx 12 by 12 foot. We would say the slope is approx a 45% angle
nubile
Will it need anything building to retain the soil you'll be moving to the lower end. ?

x-GiGgLeS-x
The garden slopes from the door to the fence at the back of the garden. The garden is 12foot long by 12foot wide approx. Yes it would probably need things to retain the soil for the other gardens as the gardens at both sides are the same and the slope joins the house behind on the next road up garden if that makes sense

Mercurian
they probably would if the washing line was long enough!! No helpful comments then jog on.. OK. I think that you need to get the angle correct. If 45 degrees is right this would be one hell of a job. 45 degrees is a one in one slope.
