gnvqsos   10 #31 Posted January 26, 2012 Two of them just pulled up and jumped out of their car and tried to grab my son and his friend, my son thinking it was an attack tried to run and as he struggled with one of them he was punched in the mouth, which left him bloody with cuts to his mouth. At no time did they identify themselves as police.  Who should i address my complaint to. ?  Did you witness this or are you reliant on secondary sources?
