hi am posting for my dad....he has a very large spacious 3 bedroom house in highgreen, double glazing. 2 very large double bedrooms and 1 medium size bedroom. entry hall, very large living room, was living/dinning room but is used as 1 very large living room 24ft 12ft. double french doors leading into a conservatry on the back measuring 19ft 9ft. large back garden. down stairs toilet with large utilaty room/dinning room. upstairs toilet. driveway with front garden...the house needs decorating and carpeting as it was stripped to decorate but due to ill health my dad now needs to move closer to me (dronfield) and idealy something a lil smaller but needs 2 bedrooms....please mail me any offers or wanting more info
