How do I stop the budgie pooping on vistors?

Any ideas how we can stop the budgie from pooping on our guests?

 

We bought him a couple of weeks ago, but he lacks social skills. Although friendly with guests he does poop on them, indeed he was sat on my uncles head and then let rip :gag: dirty little git.

 

Can budgies be trained not to do this, any tips would be helpful

far as i know budgies will go when and when they please, not aware of any training methods. though having said this a nanday conure we used to have was extremely clean and well behaved on that front so never know!
