3dogman   11 #2 Posted August 21, 2005 Used to be packed out fri and sat nights but I'm rambling on about 30 years ago (I'm a miserable old git now). They used to have groups on most weekends and disco's in the week, and scraps every other friday.
 Share this content via...

susa41981 Â Â 10 #4 Posted August 23, 2005 Shiregreen used to have some decent pubs but with the decline of society, comes the decline of its pubs. Â I can remember when the Sicey was a decent place to enjoy, then the horseshoe closed. The working mens clubs are making the most of it though. So if you want a decent pint & dont mind shutting up while the oldies play Bingo try find someone to make you a member of a WMC. Â I dont work for a WMC (Working Mans Club thats a joke in itself) so I'm not here to advertise any.
 Share this content via...
