I would like to leave a recommendation for Nigel Dodds who has re designed and built my website after I had a problem with my last website builder. I am very impressed with what he has done with my new website, I was taken off Google maps in May and he got me back up and running on Maps previously on pages 2-3 and now I am page 1 on majority of searches same applies to organic listings. He has also set up my local criteria search, SEO and designed my new logo.

I recently did some work for a customer who has had problems registering on the forum and forwarded the feedback directly to me. I have copied and pasted the feedback so it can be registered on here. I know I may look a bit dodgy, but I have the contact details for the customer should anyone need to verify the content. I would not normally do this and if the mods feel its a bit out of order then far dos, take it off.

Just to say thanks Sam for the great job you made on our new Bathroom this July. We had been searching for somebody to fit us a new bathroom and our daughter found Sam of Dearne plumbing on the Sheffield Forum

He made what had become quite a traumatic experience seem quite straight forward, talking us through the various options & making our ideas real and affordable.

We also have to mention Matt who did a great job of the plastering too.

Punctual, efficient, tidy and precise, sums it up the work.

Our new Bathroom wouldn’t look out of place in a glossy magazine now!

We had our basement converted by Whitecliffe's earlier this year which has given us a fantastic new space.

Eric turned up with the boys on the day and time they had stated and continued to visit most days to check that everything was ok. The boys worked diligantly through the 8 week project, were all polite and courteous and a pleasure do have around, despite our fussiness and changes of plan. Martin in particular is a highly skilled craftsman, and often thought things through overnight and came back in the morning with a solution.

Our only slight grumble was that the team who started the project were moved on to another job half way through which led to some miscommunication between teams.

We were happy with Whitecliffe's work and would use them again.

S and G in rotherham are superb builders... they never advertise as they get all they want from reccomendations.... i have nothing to do with them whatsoever just know they are very good and reputable...you will not be disapointed ... google them ...

You should get numerous quotes and ask to see examples of other cellar conversions in your area. This is specialist work which can cost as much to put right if it's not done right. Don't spend thousands of pounds based on "I know a good builder!" Get an insurance backed guaruntee too.
