I'm pretty sure you can just buy another box off Sky, we moved house and signed up for a new package so got a new dish, box etc. Still using the old box, just popped the new card in and we're away. Mr Bloom Posted January 24, 2015 Share Posted January 24, 2015 My response is usually to keep them on the phone as long as possible, telling them I've just got to find my account number....my post code, as I've just moved in....etc....whilst I go and make a cup of coffee....It saves a couple of other people getting scammed in that time.
