puddinburner
Have they found the rest of the body? That's terrible, could be a number of things that's happened, male or female. Could even be some poor bugger who had so much pain in they're leg that they chopped it off themselves...can't see it though.
Strix
When everybody has finished sniggering, how about we remember that it's highly likely that whoever this leg belongs to (assuming the story is true) is no longer with us, and there is a family somewhere missing somebody dear to them It is also, therefore, likely that more parts will be discovered - so anybody dog walking in the area may get an unpleasant surprise
puddinburner
Quite right STRIX, we must remember there will be a family involved and the very strong possibility of more finds.....dogs are excellent at finding these things, as stated before on a thread " why is it always dog walkers that find?" Must be very traumatic for the person who found too, terrible. If this story is actually true of course.....don't know what that area of sheffield is coming to, just lately. Tragedy all round.
