maxi_mus   10 #1 Posted August 27, 2008 I was just wondering whether i can change from vista to xp, i find that vista is slower than xp and chews up more memory etc.  I have a 2.5ghz dual core pc with 3gb ram, if i changed from vista to xp would i notice a big difference in speed?  If it is possible to do this please can someone tell me how to do it, cheers. Alastair   12 #3 Posted August 27, 2008 After 6 months of Vista I made the change back to XP and was very glad I did. I never got on with Vista and found it was slow and awkward.  I had to buy a copy of XP, save all my documents to an external hard drive and then format the disk before installing XP. It's a day or twos work to get your regular programs reinstalled, but worth it.
 Share this content via...
