Wed. 11th group A Czech Republic v Portugal Switzerland v Turkey Thurs. 12th (B) Croatia v Germany Austria v Poland ------------------------------- Fri 13th, group C Italy v Romania Netherlands v France Sat 14th (D) Spain v Sweden Greece v Russia A few memories from Euro 96 quarter finals, will be revived during three of these games! There is only England v Spain from the four of them missing! Because the next phase of games follows on immediately, and the results of the first games in group C & D will not be known until Monday and Tuesday night respecitevly, that would leave only a short window before the group A Czech - Portugal game starts on Wednesday afternoon. Therefore you can either still post all your eight predictions at the same time (as up to now), or alternatively during the second and third phases of group games and the quarter finals; you are invited to split them and initially post just for the group A & B games, and then post again a second time (NOT edit the original) later in the week for group C & D games (once those teams' previous results are already known). Does that make sense? Everyone happy? I will not be around for a few days immediatly after the completion of this "round". Therefore, I will tally up the scores on my return (unless someone would like to do it in my absence), and update the table then, along with the scores for round 3. Have fun. Apart from the first goal being way offside the result was justified as they were by miles the better team and as Bull Dog said Italy just don't lose games 3-0!
