I did Reiki 1 with Heather Hull a few months ago, and will be doing Reiki 2 with her this year. She's great and well worth meeting. Maybe have a Reiki session with her before you decide who you want to initiate you.

Reiki classes and support groups are held at Beighton Lifestyle Centre, a new centre for complementary therapies. It's a social enterprise, so all of the profits are reinvested in the community.

The next Reiki1 course is on Sunday 30th March 10.30 til 5.30 and costs £63.00 including lunch and refreshments.
