Another vote for Gelders, have used them for 10 years and always been satisfied with service and price.

They have done various things to my S60, all very well and for excellent prices. When my ETM failed they did not even charge me for the diagnosis and error code reading as the work needed to be done by the main stealer.

Given that one Volvo independent fastened my exhaust on with a cable tie, I too would vote for Gelders, even though I haven't used them yet.

I went enquiring about Volvo V40's and V50's and found Gelders on Sharrowvale road quite by accident (its between the Kwik fit garage and the landrover place). They were really helpful and knowledgable and not badly priced either so I would recommend them. They are also specifically Volvo trained mechanics which is reassuring.

I didn't buy a Volvo in the end however if I do I'll remember them. The number is 0114 2686400.
