Me and my mate are looking to join a fishing club for the coming season. The one we are in now is all ponds and lakes, mainly Carp. Looking for a club that has matches on the rivers, instead of Carp predominate waters.

Are there any Northern Soul venues in Sheffield coming up in the near future.

I have fished Ulley a couple of times,its a deadbait water,but spinning is allowed. Get plagued with a lot of boats though with Ulley Sailing Club and the reservoir is open to schools for canoeing classes.

Two weeks ago called at the Total Catch fish and chip shop,next door was a pet shop also fishing tackle. can anyone tell me the name of that shop please.

Lake District fantastic scenery. Blackpool for the night life. Cleethorpes for a day just to chill .

When i set up a youth club over 10 years ago all people who were inolved in this had to be CRB checked thoroughly.All in all there was 12 people the applications were dealt at Scotland Yard it took 21 days for the results to come back,block applications at that time was £20 for up to 15 people.

The depth of the pond must be at least 18" shallow end and no less than 4 feet in the deepest part.I use a pond heater so far touch wood not had any problems this winter. But some of the methods used in the above posts do work,except for the noise ones, fish are sensitive and any vibrations causes them distress and they seem to go towards the noise thus altering their body metabulism.
